The President also mentioned a “Mega-deal” with the United States worth about 90 billion dollars, prioritizing air defense systems. Ukraine is ready to invest in its security using various programs and bilateral agreements.

Frozen Assets and Pressure on the Kremlin

Ukraine is counting on the use of frozen Russian assets. Zelensky noted that the process is complex, but positive signals are already present. Russia continues to threaten, and the President is confident that it must be stopped by force.

Zelensky emphasized the importance of protecting 203 key infrastructure objects, including energy and water supply systems. He expressed confidence in the correctness of the chosen path and called on international partners for more active actions.

At the end of September, Zelensky stated that international partners should not fear mirrored responses to Russia’s actions. He reminded that Moscow may also face the consequences of its aggressive actions, as has already happened in Belgorod.
