• businessman Igor Kolomoisky;
• former people’s deputy and traitor Victor Medvedchuk.

On February 13, it was reported that the sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council on Petro Poroshenko were introduced on the proposal of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In particular, sanctions against Igor Kolomoisky, Gennady Bogobolyubov, Konstantin Zheevago and Viktor Medvedchuk were introduced on the proposal of the SBU.

All suction persons “Carrying out activities in the interests of the aggressor of the Russian Federation,” criminal cases have been instituted for each episode.

Sources in the authorities claim that sanctions against Poroshenko were introduced in connection with the criminal case of state treason due to his cooperation with Medvedchuk and permission to buy coal from LDNR.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 81, sanctions against Poroshenko, Zhevago, Bogolyubov, Kolomiysky and Medvedchuk Introduced unlimited.

1. deprivation of state awards of Ukraine, other forms of awarding;
2. blocking of assets – temporary deprivation of the right to use and dispose of assets belonging to an individual or legal entity, as well as assets in respect of which such a person can directly or indirectly (through other individuals or legal entities) take actions identical to the content of the right to dispose of them;
3. restriction of trade operations (complete termination);
4. restriction, partial or complete cessation of the transit of resources, flights and transportation through the territory of Ukraine (complete cessation);
5. prevention of the withdrawal of capital outside Ukraine;
6. stop the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations;
7. the ban on participation in privatization, the lease of state property by residents of a foreign state and persons directly or indirectly controlled by residents of a foreign state or acting in their interests;
8. prohibition of using the radio frequency spectrum of Ukraine;
9. restriction or termination of the provision of electronic communication services and the use of electronic communication networks (complete termination);
10. prohibition of public and defense procurement of goods, works and services from legal entities of a foreign state of state form of ownership and legal entities whose share of the authorized capital is owned by a foreign state, as well as public and defense procurement from other business entities that sell goods, works, services from an origin from a foreign state to which sanctions are applied according to;
11. prohibition or restriction of the entry of foreign non -war vessels and warships to the territorial sea of ​​Ukraine, its domestic waters, ports and aircraft into the airspace of Ukraine or landing in Ukraine (full ban);
12. a ban on increasing the size of the authorized capital of business companies, enterprises in which a resident of a foreign state, a foreign state, a legal entity of which is a non -resident or a foreign state, owns 10 or more percent of the authorized capital or has an impact on the management of a legal entity or its activities;
13. the introduction of additional measures in the field of environmental, sanitary, phytosanitary and veterinary control;
14. the termination of trading agreements, joint projects and industrial programs in certain areas, in particular in the field of security and defense;
15. prohibition of technology transfer, rights to objects of intellectual property rights;
16. a ban on the acquisition of land plots;
17. Other sanctions corresponding to the principles of their application established by this Law (prohibition of concluding contracts and transactions; prohibition of transactions regarding securities issued by this person; prohibition of the payment of dividends or other payments related to corporate rights (ownership of a share, shares, and steam ) in favor of the face.

SBU: sanctions against Poroshenko were imposed due to threats of national security

“The proposals for the application of sanctions for consideration by the National Security and Defense Council were made taking into account the existing threats of state security, territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, as well as the creation of obstacles to sustainable economic development by these persons,” – The SBU reported.

The sanctions were imposed against Poroshenko, as well as Igor Kolomoisky, Gennady Bogolyubov, Konstantin Zheevago and Viktor Medvedchuk. The SBU recalled that most of them are defendants in cases investigating law enforcement agencies.

Zelensky also emphasized that the persons who fall under sanctions can return the withdrawn funds to the budget. In this case, they will be aimed at the needs of the army, and the sanctions will be lifted.
