UN peacekeepers forced the Israeli army to remove flags on the border with Syria

The representative of the UN Secretary General spoke at a briefing about the impact of the presence of the Israeli military in the buffer zone on the Golan Heights on the activities of UNDOF peacekeepers. He noted that this presence has greatly hampered operational, logistical and administrative tasks, and the number of operations has been reduced to 3-5 per day.
