The Home Front Command announced the lifting of some restrictions in Western Galilee on the evening of October 4. In Nahariya, the shelter-in-place order was lifted and the free movement of vehicles and people was allowed. However, the City Hall recalled the possibility of shelling and called on residents to comply with the regulations.
Gatherings of up to 10 people outdoors and up to 150 indoors are allowed. On Wednesday, the Home Front Service already eased restrictions for northern Israel. Some areas have been given the right to gather up to 50 and 250 people outdoors and indoors, respectively, but other restrictions remain. In Ha'Amakim, Haifa Bay and other areas, gatherings are limited to 60 people.
In other parts of the country the situation has not changed. Gatherings of up to 1,000 people are allowed in some areas, but there are no restrictions in the rest of the country.
