A time of uncertainty, anxiety, and emotional tension requires a special approach to how we experience crises. The Ukrainian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv invites you to a unique meeting of the “Dreamers Club”, which will help find support, stability, and a way to cope with difficult times.

What will we discuss?
The event organizers invite you to discuss what to do in a situation between two wars when we are overwhelmed with complex emotions, fear, and a sense of total uncertainty.
The answer – dream!
At the “Dreamers Club”, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the impact of current events on emotional well-being.
- Understand how emotions affect relationships with loved ones.
- Find support among like-minded people.
- Build a path to the future through self-awareness.
All of this will take place not only through conversation but also through the use of symbolic imagery, which will help express emotions and understand oneself.
Who is hosting the event?
The event will be led by psychotherapist Hanna-Valeria Hryshko, an experienced specialist in psychotherapy with over 20 years of experience in the USA and Israel.
About the speaker:
- Licensed psychotherapist and supervisor.
- Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
- Specialist in grief and loss counseling.
- Provides psychological support to lone IDF soldiers.
- Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, has been providing support to Ukrainians both in Ukraine and to refugees worldwide, including in Israel.
- Lecturer and supervisor at the Israeli Association for Sand Therapy, the British and Irish Sand Therapy Associations, and the International Sand Therapy Association.
- Author of scientific articles on Jungian sand therapy, co-author of the book “Into the Heart of Sandplay”.
- Former head of the British Sand Therapy Association.
Why is this important?
