NAnews – Nikk.Agency Israel News

At the end of April and the beginning of May 2026, Vera Brezhneva will perform in Israel with the program “Love Will Save the World.” The poster includes three cities, live sound, 100 minutes of music, and a set of songs that are recognized without prompts.

This is a story about pop hits that have survived dozens of playlists and still work in the hall. And yes, the context of recent years is important here: part of the audience comes not only for nostalgia.

How the evening goes

Doors open: 19:00

Concert starts: 20:00

Duration: about 100 minutes

Format: live sound

Age rules: guests under 14 years old — only accompanied by adults.

A household detail is noted separately, but it is important in Israel: it’s better not to count on “just in time.” The evening starts on schedule, and the entrance flow in large halls can be dense.

“Love Will Save the World”: what will be on stage and why it works

The golden period of “VIA Gra” — without unnecessary explanations

Vera Brezhneva is the soloist of the golden lineup of the group “VIA Gra.” It sounds like a line from a press release, but the meaning is clear: it’s about songs that have become a “point in time” for many.

You don’t have to be a fan to remember the choruses. The hall usually does the rest.

Solo hits — the case when “recognized from the first chords”

The program includes the most famous solo compositions. Organizers describe the concert as an evening about feelings, closeness, and what seems simple until it becomes difficult.

.......

In the feeling of such a format, it’s not about “the perfect show for the sake of the show.” Rather about contact. The singer holds the hall not only with music but also with how she talks between songs — calmly, without demonstrative distance.

Live sound and the effect of a “personal meeting”

The phrase “every concert is a sincere conversation with the audience” usually looks like advertising. But for Brezhneva, this thesis has long been embedded in the image: soft presentation, understandable songs, human intonation.

And here one detail is appropriate, important specifically for our audience: NANovosti — News of Israel | Nikk.Agency places this poster not just as weekend entertainment. For many Israelis with Ukrainian experience, such concerts are also a way to keep themselves in normalcy when the news constantly pulls back into war.

Incredible but true: sometimes people really need an evening that is based on a simple idea — only love can save this world.

After 2022: helping Ukraine and transitioning to Ukrainian songs

Volunteering, humanitarian work, charitable projects

After February 24, 2022, Vera Brezhneva publicly took an anti-war position and spoke of the war as a tragedy for Ukraine and civilians.

Then there were concrete actions: volunteer work at humanitarian warehouses in Europe, participation in aid collection, connecting the audience to charitable initiatives.

In her public line in recent years, the same framework regularly sounds: to help not “in theory,” but through understandable, proven mechanisms — money, logistics, partnerships, targeted support.

Another important thing: this position is perceived as a direct conflict with the Kremlin’s policy and Putin’s course. Even when the surname is not mentioned in every message — the meaning is transparent.

What changes in the perception of the concert in Israel

For Israel, this topic is not abstract.

In the halls of Haifa, Tel Aviv, Ashdod, people with different experiences often sit next to each other: some arrived long ago, some after 2022, some just grew up on these songs and want an evening without heaviness.

And yet the background is present. It is not necessarily spoken from the stage, but it affects how the hall reacts, how they listen, how they applaud after a pause.

Ukrainian language turn: examples usually named first

After 2022, Brezhneva’s Ukrainian language line noticeably strengthened — not as a one-time “demonstration of position,” but as a stable layer in releases and public image.

What is most often cited as an example:

“Vyshyvanka” (duet with TAYANNA, 2022)
The track was released as a Ukrainian language release and in Ukrainian/lifestyle media was described as work with a strong identity framework (“nation code,” etc.).

“Taki my lyudy” (2023)
A Ukrainian language composition, around which the media separately quoted her words about internal changes and a new stage.

Mini-album “Dyakuyu” (2023)
The release of the release is recorded on streaming platforms (as an EP).

It is important that this is not “one song for the sake of it”: from interviews and release logic, it is clear that the Ukrainian language direction has become stable — part of how she now positions herself.

There are other Ukrainian language works — their meaning is usually one: the language becomes part of personal and political reality, not just a market issue.
