The Iranian government has banned flights throughout the country.

All flights have been canceled in Iran. Iranian authorities have decided to cancel all flights until the morning of Thursday, October 3. This is due to the escalation of the conflict with Israel, as reported by Tasnim on Wednesday, October 2.

This decision was made “in order to ensure flight safety in the region” in connection with the escalation of the Iran-Israeli conflict.

On the evening of October 1, Iran fired 180 ballistic missiles at Israel. Iranian officials said 90% of the missiles successfully hit their targets, although most were intercepted by air defense forces, according to the IDF.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised a response to Iran's actions, threatening strikes on nuclear and oil facilities.
