The IDF declared the territory on the border with Lebanon a military zone.

According to experts, the areas of Metula, Misgav Am and Kfar Giladi in northern Israel have been declared a military zone where entry is prohibited. This became known on September 30, 2024.

The borders of the closed zone with Lebanon cover several settlements. According to the official statement, there are strict restrictions and access control in the area.
