The International Criminal Court has decided that deliberations on issuing arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Galant and Hamas leader Sinwar will be open. Prosecutor Karim Khan will present evidence on the effects of the war on Israelis and Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The court has ruled that the deliberations will be public during the pre-trial phase on Friday.

At this stage, interested parties will be able to present their arguments regarding the ICC's jurisdiction over matters related to Israel and the Palestinian territories. Khan has accused Netanyahu and Galant of crimes such as extermination and starvation as a weapon of war. Requests have also been made to arrest Sinwar, Deif and Haniyeh on charges of serious crimes.
