Two news items in one day – “Wonderful! We're bringing ballet, and Shoigu is going to Iran!”
Today, August 5, 2024, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu arrived in Iran, and the Russian Embassy in Israel noted “Noted the exceptionally warm welcome given to Russian artists by the Israeli public at all performances that took place” (this is about the Russian Ballet Theatre).
The fact that the visit of the former Erephian Defense Minister to Tehran is taking place at the same time when an attack by Iran and pro-Iranian proxy forces on Israel, or vice versa, a preemptive strike by Israel on Iran cannot be a coincidence.

Iranian website Iran International reports that a Russian delegation headed by Sergei Shoigu, former Minister of Defense and Deputy Chairman of the National Security Council of the Russian Federation, arrived in Tehran on Monday. The purpose of Shoigu's visit is “to strengthen cooperation and discuss regional, international issues and relations in the area of political security.”
Shoigu's visit comes amid reports in Asian media that several days ago Russian transport planes were spotted flying between Russia and Tehran, presumably carrying new types of weapons to Iran.
