Tehran hid its tankers ahead of a suspected Israeli attack, according to Bloomberg.

In anticipation of Israel's response to the missile attack, Iran began to move tankers away from one of the intended targets – the largest oil transshipment complex. Bloomberg's source reports this with reference to satellite observation data.

Based on the analysis of the images, it was found that a large number of tankers located near Khark Island left this place several days ago. The island is a key point for Iranian oil exports and has been devastated since October 4, 2024.

The source notes that such a movement of tankers to the side may be the first time since 2018. Israel's expected successful response to the Iranian strike on October 1 could significantly reduce the Iranian republic's oil revenues and negatively impact its economy.
