On November 1, 2025, in the Samarovsky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, a strike occurred, resulting in the deaths of four people. The head of the regional military administration, Vladislav Gaivanenko, reported two boys killed in the strike: 11 and 14 years old.
According to local authorities, after the attack, a store was destroyed, and seven residential buildings were damaged. By the evening of the same day, it was reported that eight people were injured and taken to medical facilities.
Consequences of attacks in other regions
The Odesa oblast also suffered from a Russian strike that claimed the lives of two people. The head of the regional administration, Oleg Kiper, reported three injured. The attack was carried out by “Shahed” drones on civilian infrastructure, which has no military significance. As a result, five trucks parked in a parking lot were damaged.
Zaporizhzhia without electricity
A night strike on Zaporizhzhia left about 58,000 subscribers without electricity. The head of the Zaporizhzhia regional administration, Ivan Fedorov, noted that by morning the number of subscribers without power was more than 11,000. During the attack, 17 residential buildings were damaged, and three injuries were recorded.
Night attacks on November 2
The Ukrainian military forces report new attacks using ballistic missiles and drones. On the night of November 2, Russia launched two missiles from the Iskander-M complex and deployed 79 drones, among which 50 were strike drones “Shahed.” It is reported that Ukrainian forces shot down and suppressed 67 of them, although one missile and 12 drones fell in 12 different locations. In two places, debris from downed drones was also recorded.
