Russia attacked the Odessa region with drones, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi is without electricity and water.

On October 12, 2025, the Russian armed forces struck the Odessa region using strike drones. This was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the regional administration.

Consequences of the attack

As a result of the attack, drones hit an energy infrastructure facility, a gas supply facility, and a district administration building. One person was injured during the incident.

Critical infrastructure facilities were damaged in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, located in the south of the region. As of the morning, temporary power and water outages were reported in some parts of the city. It is expected that water supply will be restored after noon.

Ukrainian military formations reported that during the night attack, the Russians used 118 drones and one Kh-31 missile. At the same time, Ukrainian air defense forces managed to shoot down or suppress 103 enemy drones.
