Putin, according to Milov, has something to offer Trump to achieve his goals. He seeks to freeze the armed conflict in Ukraine in order to gain time to prepare for new actions and reduce sanctions in his favor.

According to experts, it is possible to create a buffer zone between Ukraine and Russia with the help of the European military. Such a move could be presented as a victory in Minsk-3 and provide both sides with additional time for further action.
