Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been discharged from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital after surgery to remove his prostate last Sunday. Doctors noted the patient’s stable condition and satisfactory recovery, but warned about long-term rehabilitation.
Netanyahu expressed gratitude to the doctors of the Hadassah Ein Kerem clinic, the Asaf HaRofe medical center and his personal doctor for their professionalism. Before hospitalization, he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia.
This is not the first case of medical intervention in Netanyahu’s health recently. He had previously undergone surgery to remove a hernia and had a pacemaker installed. The Prime Minister will have to rest for two weeks to recover before continuing to participate in the Case 1000 hearings.
