Most Americans supported the IDF's operation in Lebanon, but there was a problem.

According to a US poll, half of respondents support Israeli military action against Hezbollah and Hamas, but opinions are divided on increasing US military assistance. Half of those surveyed believe that military support should remain at the same level, 25% want to increase it, and 25% want to decrease it.

The poll also found that more than half of Americans consider Iranian groups such as Hezbollah and Hamas a threat to the United States and its allies.

More than half of those surveyed support maintaining ongoing military action against Iran and its supporters, while a minority favor increasing or decreasing military activity.
