Amid rocket attacks on northern Israel from Lebanon, Hezbollah fired about 100 rockets into Israeli territory in a few hours. The rockets caused material damage, set forests on fire, and caused no casualties. The Israeli military destroyed about 180 targets in Lebanon, including more than a thousand missile silos.

The IDF expects continued shelling from Lebanon and a possible declaration of a special situation in the Haifa area and northern Israel. Not only aviation, but also artillery is involved in the operation to destroy targets in Lebanon.
