Iran has long expressed a desire to buy gas from Russia, Russian dictator-president Putin announced at a plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, TASS reports.
“This is a strategically important location for us, as the field is nearby. I am sure that this is a real project, given the huge demand for gas in neighboring countries, including Iran. There are various opportunities for cooperation, including work within the swap framework,” said the client of the criminal court in The Hague.
“It is important to emphasize that “there is simply a colossal need for gas in the countries neighboring Iran.”
