Iran and its allies stand firmly against Israel, leader Ayatollah Khamanei said.

On October 4, 2024 at 1:55 p.m., Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Iran and its allies have no intention of retreating from Israel, Reuters reports.

Khamenei noted that Iran's missile attack on Israel on October 1 was legal and legitimate. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised to respond to the attack, calling Iran's actions a big mistake for which he will be punished.

Israel is currently considering various options to respond to Iran's attack, including attacks on military and nuclear facilities, as well as oil infrastructure.
