Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, was killed in an explosion in Iran months after the device was planted, CNN reported, citing an unnamed source.
The bomb was hidden about two months ago in a guesthouse where Haniyeh usually stayed during his stay in Tehran. The device was detonated from a distance while he was in his room.
