On Friday, September 13, Hezbollah published a letter sent by Yahya Sinwar to the group's leader, Hassan Nasrallah. Sinwar, according to Israeli intelligence, is hiding in underground tunnels in the Gaza Strip.

In the text, Sinwar expressed gratitude to Hezbollah for its condolences over the death of Ismail Haniyeh, who was killed in Tehran. He stressed that Hamas will remain on the path of resistance to the Zionist project until the occupation is expelled and an independent Palestinian state is established.
