IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said Hezbollah was planning a rocket and drone attack on northern and central Israel. The military managed to thwart most of the threat by striking the rocket launchers and drones.
Around 100 IAF fighter jets launched a preemptive strike, eliminating the Hezbollah threat. Hundreds of rocket launchers and drones were detected, intending to attack different areas of Israel, but thanks to the IDF's actions, the major threat was eliminated.
Hagari stressed that the threat from Hezbollah was serious, but thanks to the military's actions, it was possible to thwart some of the planned attacks and intercept threats aimed at Israel. The terrorists received counteraction and support from other groups.
