Families of hostages ask citizens to take part in public rallies

The headquarters of the families of the hostages is calling on Israelis to demonstrate today in areas where the Home Front Command has not limited the size of gatherings. Hamas has been holding the hostages for almost a year, and their loved ones cannot help but commemorate this tragic date. The government, according to the military correspondent, temporarily postponed the hostage issue due to the war in Lebanon.

After the start of the offensive in Lebanon, the Home Front Command restricted gatherings not only in the north, but also in central Israel. There will be limited protests in Tel Aviv and Haifa today. Families of the hostages will protest at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense, and a protest is also planned at Sefer Square in Haifa.

Rallies and marches are planned in many cities across the country. Demonstrations will take place in Caesarea, Jerusalem, Beersheba, Rishon Lezion and other cities. People will come out at intersections and highway junctions in various parts of Israel.
