Israel will not close its embassy in Kyiv, Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky said, despite warnings of a “major attack” by Russia on the Ukrainian capital that has caused other Western countries to close their missions over security concerns.
“We are currently working as usual,” Brodsky told the publication. The Times of Israel.
GUR of Ukraine: “Today, a message is being spread on social networks, allegedly on behalf of the department, about the threat of a “particularly massive” missile and bomb attack on Ukrainian cities. The GUR emphasized that such messages are fake, typical of Russian information and psychological operations, and also contain grammatical errors.
The agency urges citizens to trust information only from official sources.”
The situation in Kyiv has escalated: four foreign embassies – the USA, Spain, Italy and Greece – have temporarily ceased their work due to information about a possible large-scale attack by Russia.
