El Al customers have the option to cancel tickets purchased before August 4 for flights scheduled for August 10, 2024. In this case, they are guaranteed to receive a voucher at no additional cost, which can be used until December 31, 2025.
According to the airline's press service, vouchers are provided for all types of tickets – Lite, Classic and Flex. However, it is important to remember that not all ticket purchases are eligible for this program: a voucher is not provided for partially used tickets, bonus tickets or those purchased as part of a group.
In order to provide maximum comfort to passengers, El Al is actively working to maintain the flight schedule and is increasing the number of flights to Greece and Cyprus. In this way, the airline aims to ensure that as many Israelis as possible can return to their homeland as soon as possible.
