Denmark is showing interest in the possibility of recognizing Palestine, but this is difficult without clear conditions. This was stated by the country’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, whose words are supported by the media resource Euractive.

The division into two states must be accompanied by a solution that corresponds to the right goal. Denmark intends to use its presidency in the European Union to put pressure on Israel to promote this issue. “It will not be easy, but we will do everything possible,” she added.
