Greta Thunberg called for active participation in the protest against authoritarianism in the Caucasus, gathering people in Freedom Square and Pushkin Square. She also criticized Azerbaijan's use of COP29 to increase control and tension in the region.

On her Instagram, the activist called for joining a rally against authoritarianism, war and exploitation in the Caucasus region. She also supported protests in Tbilisi against election fraud, expressing solidarity with activists fighting for their rights.
