The IDF on September 19, 2024, published the names of two people killed today in rocket attacks from southern Lebanon. One of them, reserve Major Nail Puarse, 43, was the commander of the logistics company of the Baram Brigade and was killed when a drone detonated in the Moshav Ya'ara area.
Another of the victims, Sgt. Tomer Keren, 20, was a member of the Givati Brigade and was killed when an anti-tank missile detonated near Kibbutz Manara. Their deaths were announced to their families, and the IDF expressed its sincere condolences to their relatives.
The total number of Israeli soldiers injured since the start of military operations against the Hamas group on October 7 has reached 715. Military operations in the region continue, causing dire consequences for both sides.
