Abu Mazen will complete the operation against Hamas in Jenin

Fatah military units are preparing to complete the anti-terrorist operation in Jenin, controlled by Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants. They carried out mass arrests, seized weapons and destroyed laboratories. They will not allow Hamas to increase its presence in the Iranian-funded city.

Officials in Ramallah said half of Jenin had already been cleared of militants who were actively resisting the army. Heavy fighting took place in the city, during which several militants were killed and dozens were wounded. According to Ynet, Hamas strongholds in the old city have been captured.
