The Lebanese Prime Minister addressed the ceasefire negotiators with a complaint against Israel. Lebanon claims that Israel is not complying with agreements on the withdrawal of troops from border areas.

Mikati demands a complete withdrawal of troops from Lebanese territory and believes that Israel must fulfill its obligations under resolution 1701.

The Lebanese Prime Minister stressed that responsibility for the implementation of the agreement lies not only with Lebanon, but also with Israel. The US Presidential Envoy for Middle Eastern Affairs said that Israel is ready to fully implement the ceasefire agreement. Israel's Defense Minister reiterated the country's interest in honoring the agreement with Hezbollah until it expires in January.
