Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed concerns about Israel's ability to use the existing chaos in the region to destroy the new process in Syria. He also noted the importance of maintaining unity in the Arab Republic and continuing efforts to end violence in Palestine. In addition, Erdogan announced Turkey's readiness to continue working towards the creation of a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with its capital in East Jerusalem.

In his New Year's address to the nation, the Turkish President emphasized his country's strong stance on developments in Gaza and the Middle East. Erdogan said Türkiye will persistently pursue its plans in the region, striving for the creation of a peaceful and free Palestinian state. He also warned of the possibility of Turkey using its iron fist if necessary to protect its country's interests.

The Turkish leader also identified the fight against terrorism as one of his policy priorities. He stressed the unacceptability of the presence of Kurdish paramilitary groups in Syria and the resurrection of ISIS. Erdogan focused on the need to take decisive measures to ensure security and stability in the region, emphasizing Turkey's role in this process.
