They all served in an elite unit called the Multidomain Unit, or “Ghost.” The IDF continues to investigate the incident.

Also on this day, the Defense Department's Rehabilitation Command reported that it had treated about 12,000 soldiers suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder since the war began in 2023.
