Hezbollah launched a massive rocket attack on the city of Safed, firing more than 50 shells overnight.

At night, the Hezbollah terrorist group continued firing rockets at Israel. According to Ynet, more than 50 rockets were fired towards the Safed and Upper Galilee areas.

The Tseva Adom system worked in the areas under fire, and the Iron Dome air defense system shot down most of the missiles flying towards residential areas.

One of the rockets from southern Lebanon exploded in the courtyard of a private house in Safed; the residents managed to take refuge in a bomb shelter. Two people suffered minor injuries when the alarm went off. The IDF press service reported that debris from downed missiles was found in some areas and was intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system.
