Ukrainian special services helped return four citizens from Syria to their homeland. These are three women and one child.

GUR together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs successfully evacuated four Ukrainians from Syria. Three women and a boy were returned to their homeland. In recent months, the Main Intelligence Directorate together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs successfully evacuated dozens of Ukrainians from various countries where conflicts and threats to citizens have escalated.

The GUR was engaged in the return of Ukrainians from Syria with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Thanks to the efforts of diplomats and special services, four citizens were returned home. Three Ukrainian women and one child were evacuated from Syria.

The GUR participates in rescue operations, helping diplomats negotiate and return Ukrainians to their homeland in the most difficult cases. On September 4, the GUR, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, evacuated a group of 25 Ukrainians who wanted to leave Lebanon. 14 women and 11 children were flown to Poland, from where they returned to their homeland.

In early August, the GUR helped evacuate 30 Ukrainian citizens from Lebanon, including 21 women and nine children. The security situation in Lebanon had deteriorated sharply, and the Ukrainians wanted to return home. They were evacuated by plane to Poland. Lebanon's security has deteriorated significantly in recent weeks due to the escalation of the military conflict with Israel.
