Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia discussed regional issues and the situation in Gaza with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, stressing the importance of Arab and Muslim states joining forces to support the Palestinian people against the brutal aggression.
According to the Saudi Arabian News Agency, the crown prince expressed his desire to help the Palestinians and discuss measures against the crimes against humanity committed by Israel in the Palestinian territories. The Turkish president stressed the importance of international pressure on Israel over the situation in Gaza.
Both sides expressed their willingness to cooperate and coordinate their actions in support of the Palestinian people. The call was another step towards improving relations between Saudi Arabia and Turkey in light of current developments in the region.
