On August 6, 2024, suicide drones from Lebanon attacked Israel. Hezbollah claimed that military targets were the target. The attack wounded people in an Arab town in northern Israel.
An air raid alert was issued in the northern regions of the country due to airspace violations by drones.
Two people were wounded in the western Galilee town of Mazraa, one of whom is in critical condition. A drone explosion was also recorded near Nahariya. The attack is not related to the killing of Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr, who was killed in a missile strike on Beirut on July 30.
